Holland & Barrett Mini Haul

Holland & Barrett

Yes you guessed it, well the title gave it away, this is a Holland & Barrett haul. A new branch of the chain opened near where I live and since I was walking by I decided to pop in and grab some Vitamin C as I was running low. A thing to know about me is that I take a Vitamin C every day, it's just an obsessive routine thing but I think it really helps my health. Anyway I digress, onto what I snapped up during my visit....

ABC Plus Multivitamins
Cod Liver Oil

First thing I snapped up was the ABC Plus Multivitamins and Minerals (240 tablets £6.99) following a conversation with an amazing sales girl called Becky. I went in not really knowing what I wanted but after a couple of minutes chatting she had recommended lots of things to me but for my sheer laziness I went for the multivitamin. Had to big her up here as for me great customer service is something to praise!

I did also grab a bottle of Cod Liver Oil tablets (180 tablets £14.69) as I read an article on a health nut website recently who swore by them and my bf said it was a good idea. As I've never had them before I do find the squishy form of them pretty weird but that's just me.

The last thing I decided to try was the Dr Organic Manuka Honey Rescue Cream (50ml £8.99.) I didn't go in with moisturiser on my mind but the packaging grabbed my attention and the manuka honey sold it to me.

I've only tried the rescue cream a couple of times now so won't give a full review yet but my first impressions are good. It smells beautiful, has just the right consistency of being thick but not too thick and melts into the skin pretty quickly. I will have to wait and see over time what the results are but so far I've enjoyed using it.

And to finish my haul I did also pick up Vitamin C tablets but we all know what they look like...

Do you take vitamins? Any recommendations?
