Rimmel London Clear Complexion Powder

You know when you hit pan on a product that it's become an integral part of your make up routine. I've done this on several of the 'Rimmel London Clear Complexion Transparent Powders' and honestly think the only thing that would stop be buying these is if they discontinue it (and oh my gosh Rimmel please don't ever!)

I know you are thinking... 'it's just another transparent powder, yawn' but for those of you with oily skin like me you will find it works wonders. I originally purchased it because of it's so called 'PureSkin technology' which was meant to minimise breakouts and found that my skin stayed shine free for longer throughout the day. For me as someone with oil slick skin by 2pm I needed something to really combat this as well as tackle any redness from breakouts so to stumble across this product was a stroke of luck!!!
I have no idea if it actually does minimise breakouts because seriously, how do you measure that?

For me I use this to set my under eye concealer and around my t-zone on minimal makeup days and when I go full glam makeup, this is used as an all over setting powder and for touch ups when I need them. When I get a compliment on my skin and makeup finish I always credit this powder and have gifted it out to many friends so they have it in their make up arsenal.
I get mine from Boots for the incredibly cheap cost of £3.99 and it's always on the 3 for 2 deals so I have stocked up recently. I may be crazy but when I find a product I love I buy back ups (which I know I've mentioned before) and currently my back up box is pretty full of these babies. If you are looking for a super affordable, reliable powder look no further than this because I can honestly say it works and for £3.99 what's the harm in trying it out?

Let me know what you think if you do try it :)

* This is NOT a sponsored post - I just adore this powder!*
