City of Colours - Street Art Festival Birmingham

Cit of Colours

Yesterday me and the bf had a really great day out at the City of Colours festival in my hometown of Birmingham. I love that the arts council support such talented street artists and allow them to show off their skills and actively promote them to the wider community. What was also great that there were so many families walking around enjoying the day and there was lots to do to get kids involved.

Here's a small selection of the amazing art we saw during the day:

I had to include a pic of the cutest dog I saw during the day - look at that tongue!!

Pug Life

One thing I would say is that I was gutted to miss out on all the amazing street food that was around yesterday. We stupidly ate a cafe before setting off mainly because I was starving (I didn't have breakfast which was silly) so next time I'm on a street food mission! Can't wait to go again next time :)

Side note: Big congrats to St Basils on all the volunteers and support!

If you know any of the artists I've missed please let me know and I'll update this post :)
