This post is long overdue.
If you saw my 'Finding the perfect camera' post or the 'Top 5 contenders' post you will know I have been looking for the perfect camera for my skill set for a long time. After narrowing the vast field down to my top 5 on the internet I was determined to physically hold them all and have a try of them before I made the big purchase - it's a lot of money after all!
The winner after the final round was this beauty....
One of the main reasons this one won out for me is that it's light weight and more importantly has a Leica lens. From all my research this brand of lens was extremely highly rated and to have it on a mid level camera is great!
I also like the large viewing screen on the back and larger style buttons to make the overall use extremely easy especially when you are trying to capture something on the spare of the moment.
It also has the optional additions packs so I can grab an additional flash etc when the time is right.
I have been using this since I got it about a month ago and really love the image quality it produces. I may do a post on some of the initial test pics I shot but I will see.
What do you guys use?
